All Factory Brands Direct products come with a 1 year warranty, except remote controls, which carry a 90 day warranty. Original receipt required for warranty.

Products need to be brought in or shipped to the fulfillment centre for warranty work. Factory Brands Direct reserves the right to repair or replace with a compatible product if the original product is not repairable.
