Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free local pickup is available for all products at our Scarborough location:

TV Shipping Rules

• TVs under 50 inches — Available for both shipping and local pickup
• TVs 50 inches and above — Available for local pickup only. These cannot be shipped due to their size.
